Recorded at Plan 9 in the iconic Arthur St. studio, these tracks are all that remain of a recording session with the Italian trombonist Domenico Bulla who was briefly living in Wellington in between taking peyote fuelled pilgrimages in the Mexican desert and sailing to South America on a Trimaran. Domenico played a number of gigs at The Space with the Ortiz Funeral Directors and in small improvised groups.
This session also features Jonny Marks electronically manipulating Anthony Donaldson's drums direct to tape, and offering occasional vocal interjections and bass banjo twangs whilst manning the recording desk.
